Thinking of buying the Walmart pool bt have questions?

Im thinking of buying Easy-Set pool inflatable pool, 18 'X 48' at Walmart but i some questions about it … How I can keep clean because I do not want to fill every two days, I have to buy anything extra to work correctly? thank u for the help !!!!!!!!
