Toad in the kiddie pool?

We have this inflatable paddling pool and the last time it rained was full of water, not all the way to the top but a few centimeters. A toad has decided to live there and I worry about weather or not you can get away (I named him Mr. Sparks). I fear I have toads, so it's up is not an option, although they do anything if the danger. The pool is about 30 cm high, do you think will be able to jump or is caught? I do not want starving or something, I remove it or leave it alone?
