Support for non-covered concrete blocks?

I have a house with a large back deck. There is a submerged portion that is substantially enhanced to maintain a hot tub, we used to support an inflatable pool in the form of a ring. After a bit of rain softened the earth and found that one end of the roof had collapsed, the support beams 2×12''resting on the floor.
