Inflatable Pool Tube

Any suggestions on how to get over my fear of swimming and finally learn how to swim?!?

I’m 27 years old and cannot swim. When I’m in water, I wear an inflatable tube. It’s embarassing!!!!! Everyone else around me can swim great. I’m going on a cruise in September and want t be in the pool minus tube! lol Any suggestions? Thanks!

Try going to the beach, and see how deep you can go and try to swim back up. The way I learned to swim is, my boyfriend pushed me in the 6ft part of the pool and left me there, until I swam my way out. I mean he saw me, he just stood there and watch to see what was i going to do. It did help though. Also, try going to get some swimming lessons.
