How to keep my pump without inflatable pool?

I have a inflatablte "family pool" (10×3). I recently used bleach to clean, but have switched to chlorine. The problem is that its so cloudy you can not see the bottom. How can I not be so cloudy?. The only items I have read that dealt with the pools with a bomb, and it doenst have one!

You need to get a pump and a filter if you want to keep the water in the pool anything since a few days. Your best bet is to keep draining the pool and start over. This will sound bad, but stay with me here … the pool is about few hundred liters of water in the majority. A couple of kids with sunscreen to reach the pool. Sunscreen washes over time.
